The vase is made by Thomas Forester & Son, and is of a flattened bottle form, tube lined in the Rembrandt pattern. The vase is large, and features a woman in profile on one side, and a pair of dragons on the other. The company started in a small works in High Street Longton in 1877.This in one of their rarest and most desirable pieces. The vase is 14.5" tall, 10.5" wide, and 5 deep. Overall, the piece is in excellent condition, free of chips, scratches, losses, or restoration.
